Admitted Student Checklist for New Adult Undergraduate Students

Congratulations on your acceptance to 快播视频! Now that you have made the decision to join the 快播视频 community, please refer to the checklist below for helpful tips on what to do next.

*Military students: Please see the requirements for activating your GI Benefits at 快播视频.

1. Request Transcripts

If you are currently enrolled at a different institution, request for your official transcript to be sent at the end of the semester to show proof of completion of your courses or a degree.

*Please note, in order for transcripts to be considered official, they need to be submitted directly from the high school or College to 快播视频. These can be submitted electronically to adulted@marist.edu

2. Submit your $100.00 deposit 

Deposits will be applied directly to your first-semester tuition bill. Visit the Adult Undergraduate Enrollment Deposit page for additional information. Once we receive your $100 enrollment deposit that secures your spot at 快播视频, we will connect you with an academic advisor to create your first-semester schedule.

3. Create your My快播视频 Account

Information Technology creates your personalized 快播视频 account and email address. This information was previously emailed to you. Click to activate your account. Once you have activated your 快播视频 account and password, you will have access to your 快播视频 email and the my快播视频 portal. This includes important information that will be helpful during your 快播视频 experience. For more detailed instructions, please click here.

4. Provide Required Health Information

Please proceed to  for further information about required health documentation.

5. Schedule an appointment to register for classes

All admitted students will receive a transfer credit evaluation if applicable and will be connected to a faculty member in their respective major to register for classes once the enrollment deposit is submitted. Once this email is received, schedule a meeting with the copied faculty member to proceed with course registration.

6. Obtain your ID card (must be registered for classes first)

Students who wish to attend campus events or use the library must obtain a 快播视频 Identification Card. The 快播视频 ID also enables access to 快播视频 Money for dining services.

To obtain an ID visit the Office of Safety & Security in Donnelly Hall, Room 201, with your CWID number. IDs can be obtained Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 am and 4 pm.

7. Obtain your parking sticker (must be registered for classes first)

In order to park on campus, you must obtain a parking permit from the Office of Safety & Security.

To receive your permit, you can submit the request online or, bring the following with you to the security office located in Donnelly Hall Room 201:

  • your 快播视频 ID card
  • a copy of your driver's license
  • a copy of the vehicle registration

8. Review the Academic Calendar

Review the academic calendar and take note of important dates such as the first day of class, add/drop deadlines, and upcoming college closures.  

9. Buy textbooks

Textbooks can be bought  from the 快播视频 Bookstore. You will need to provide the Bookstore with the complete course number. The books can be mailed directly to your home, or picked up in person at the 快播视频 Bookstore.

If you wish to visit the Bookstore in person, it is located on the first floor of the Student Center. For hours or other inquiries, please go to the Bookstore web page or call (845) 575-3260.

10. Attend New Student Orientation

Orientation for new adult students will be hosted by the School of Professional Programs where students can learn more about 快播视频's online and campus services. Those pursuing their degrees online or on-campus are encouraged to attend.  Students will be notified by their My快播视频 email. The orientation for new students will typically take place right before the start of the semester.
